You will get 14 days to try the product and use it in 2 host sessions during that time. Once your time expires or you have used both free credits, you will be prompted to upgrade to a paid subscription.
Think of it as a daily pass for a legal proceeding. One pass is used to activate a single proceeding (like a deposition, hearing, or trial) for a 24-hour period. Once activated, an unlimited number of users and participants can join and participate.
On our flexible monthly plans, your included credits expire at the end of each monthly billing cycle. On our annual plans, you get your full year's worth of credits in one "annual pool" to use whenever you need them throughout the year, offering maximum flexibility for fluctuating caseloads.
A monthly active "Host User" is a user who has started, resumed, or joined a Host session during the current month. Your plan's tier determines the number of included Host Users. "Admin & Support Users" can manage all aspects of your cases but are not counted towards the Host user limit unless they participate in an active Host session for the current month. All paid plans include unlimited Admin & Support Users so your entire team can collaborate.
No problem. If more unique users host a proceeding than your plan includes, we'll add a flexible charge of $50 for each additional Host User for that month only. Your work is never interrupted.
We offer self-serve "Capacity Packs" that you can add to your Advantage Plan subscription at any time. You can purchase a pack of +20 Active Cases or +500 GB of Storage directly from your billing settings.
Yes. Upgrades happen immediately with a prorated charge. Downgrades and cancellations are scheduled to take effect at the end of your current billing period (monthly or annual), so you always get the full value for the period you've paid for.
