Trials & Arbitrations

One exhibit set for the judge or arbitrator, both sides and the witness.

Pre-mark the exhibits, present them from the shared set, and call out the line that matters. Everyone sees the same stamped exhibit at the same moment.

Use AgileLaw in the courtroom for trials, and in person, remotely or in hybrid sessions for arbitration.

The shared exhibit set

Built before the hearing, used by everyone during it

  1. 01

    Pre-mark

Stamp the exhibits before the hearing with the numbering the court or tribunal uses: PX and DX, C- and R-, or joint exhibit numbers.

  2. 02

    Present

Put any exhibit in front of the judge or arbitrator, opposing counsel and the witness. Everyone follows your page and zoom.

  3. 03

    Keep the record

Every exhibit used is stamped and in the set. At the end of the day, everyone has the same exhibits.

Callouts

Put the sentence that matters in front of the jury

In Presentation Mode, pull a passage out of the exhibit and enlarge it over the page. Underline the words the witness is avoiding, or draw an arrow from the signature to the date. The jury, the judge and opposing counsel see each mark as you make it.

Callouts work in every AgileLaw session, but trial is where they earn their keep.
