Every document you upload is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS). Only you can see your exhibits — not even AgileLaw employees can access them. When you introduce an exhibit in a proceeding, only the participants in that specific session can view it. We are SOC 2 Type II certified and undergo annual third-party penetration testing.
Annual and monthly plans can be canceled anytime and you won't be billed again once your subscription ends.
