Questions

Do I need a credit card to sign up for the trial?

To make the transition from a trial to a paid account as easy as possible for you, we collect your credit card information when you sign up. However, we won't charge you until you're ready.

Do I need to choose a plan now?

No. Sign up for a trial now, and choose the best plan for you when your trial is over.

If you won’t charge my credit card, why do you need it for the free trial?

Because multiple email addresses are so easy to obtain, we ask for your credit card to limit any potential abuse.

What happens at the end of my trial?

Upgrade to a plan if AgileLaw is right for you. If not, there's no need to cancel anything. Your account becomes inactive, and we retain any data for 30 days in case you decide to upgrade your plan at another time.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

Nope. You'll be charged monthly and you can cancel anytime. If you cancel, you'll only be charged for the current billing period. You won't be charged again after that.

Do you provide a volume discount for large companies?

We're happy to work with large companies and departments on volume pricing. Please contact us at sales@agilelaw.com for more details.

Is there a discount for annual payment plans?

We're happy to accommodate customers looking for annual billing. Just contact us to get your firm set up.

I have more questions. Who do I ask?

Email us at support@agilelaw.com or call us at (512) 348-6525. We'd be happy to answer any of your questions.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Once you cancel your account, you'll be responsible for charges incurred for that billing period, but you won't be charged again.
