Operating Systems: All major operating systems are supported (Windows, Macintosh, and Linux).
Browsers: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, and Microsoft Internet Explorer (10+).
iPad: All iPads are supported. iPads should be updated to iOS version 5.1.
Android Tablets: All Android tablets (such as the Google Nexus or Samsung Galaxy) are supported. Minimum OS is 4.0 (“Ice Cream Sandwich”) but 4.1 (“Jelly Bean”) is recommended.
What do I need during the deposition?
You will need a mobile device in which to view the documents that the lead counsel presents to the witness.
What mobile devices do you support?
As a participant, you can join the deposition with a Laptop (Mac, Windows, or Linux), an iPad, or an Android tablet (e.g. Samsung Galaxy, Google Nexus).
Where do I get the PIN from?
The PIN is auto-generated when the lead counsel starts the deposition. The lead counsel will provide the PIN to you. You should write down the PIN as you will need it to download the exhibits after the deposition has completed.
How do I view the documents?
Our software is very intuitive to use and you can navigate to any document that has been revealed, whether the witness is looking at that same document or not. Watch the short video above to see how it is done.
As an opposing counsel, how can I ask questions with the documents?
Any document that is revealed by the lead counsel is visible to all the deposition participants, including opposing counsel. Therefore, you can direct the witness to any of the revealed documents and ask your questions.
How much does the service cost?
For the opposing counsel, court reporters, and any other participants, there is no charge. The app is free to download from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
